I recall the period of my life when this album was released fondly and that helped to create a permanent attatchment. I was in a good and safe place mentally, almost too safe. Anyway, I was quite actively scrobbling a lot of music on Last.fm and then when ”Kite” was released I was in so much awe over the beauty I was hearing that I couldn’t listen to anything else but this music at home and in the car for a long time. Every selection on this work is pure bliss for focused ears. It is like a dream one slips into with the help of ”Cherished” minimal ’groove’, delicate dubby echoes and thin warm choral-like pads that wrap the brain like a blanket. The album continues on with such care, each track hypnotizing the listener in its own soothing way with warmer curious sounds. The listener is held frozen in a state of sonic bliss by clever grooves sculpted in a way to invite the deepest dreamstate,...... Highly Recommended.
